Project Description:

This is a new zero-lot-line house in Germantown.  The tub was goofey and the shower was tiny.  We had a couple of goals here.  Omit the tub in order to expand the shower.  Make it handicap accessible even though they’re not quite in need of that yet.  We moved the shower to the old tub location and added a closet.  We created a curbless shower entry that can rolled across with no obstacle.  We also widened the doorways for more clearance.  As usual the vanity is custom made specifically for this bathroom, with matching mirror frames this time.
