spring Mead Jack&Jill

Project Description

This is a Jack and Jill arrangement between two bedrooms, shared by 2 older kids.  The owners were done with the kiddy bath, and thought the kids were ready for a more grown-up bathroom they could be proud of. We used an interesting leathered granite, and basketweave marble floors.  In the shower we created a pattern using the tiles that were purchased for the shower walls.  I was also able to recess the shower floor, leaving only a 2″ step from the bath floor over the shower curb.  Pretty cool.

We finished off the sleek look with a custom vanity and matching beadboard, sprayed with a smooth enamel finish and accessorized with chrome.
