Pecan Grove Master #2

Project Description:

This is a remodel of a remodel from the 80’s.  It was plenty big, but broken up into 2 rooms, neither which functioned well.  We removed walls and windows and started with a blank slate.  As you can see we now have a very large walk-in shower, positioned to negate the need for a door. Not pictured is the frameless glass panel above the shower wing-wall and the beveled glass mirrors above the sinks.  We have his-and-her pedestals by the etched casement window which allows light without a view of the neighbors.  My favorite is the wall-mounted tub filler for the clawfoot tub, which can be used facing either way…towards your spouse to converse, or toward the wallmounted bigscreen TV to enjoy some time alone.  The cherry on top of this one is the “always-hot” hot water thanks to some creative expert plumbing by the crew including a commercial grade recirculation pump.
