Project Description

This is a house built in 1916.  It had been added onto, but the add-on was falling apart.  We were able to reconfigure the added on area and tie it into the old kitchen to create a very nice sized space.  Before we could begin we had to jack up the house close to its original position, and replace lots of floor joists that were rotted completely through.  Bonus; we were able to salvage almost all the 100+ year old wood floors, bricks and trim.  Look at them now!
