Evelyn Avenue Only Bathroom

Project Description

This is a midtown house with only 1 bath so it needed to be very functional but also very pretty and inviting.

The original layout was not going to work, so we took some space from a hall closet and created a nook for the toilet.  Then we move the vanity closer to the door to leave room for a nice large shower by the window.  We were able to keep the upper window which offers a lot of natural light that we did not want to lose.
