Eaton Island and Bench/Bar

Project Description

These didn’t look like much sitting in my shop, dusty and unpainted.  But sitting in this kitchen all painted and shiny, with their hand shaved butcherblock tops, and loaded up with cookbooks, they are a couple of focal points.  Inside the island is an electrical outlet so blenders and mixers can be left plugged in for easy use atop this workspace.  The Banquet served to bridge the kitchen to the den, with a bench facing the kitchen table, and a bartop facing the entertainment area.
