Project Description

This corner house had no garage and the drive way came in from the wrong street.

We poured a new driveway, built a garage with 2 storage rooms, and incorporated a patio and concrete steps to the open back garage.  What used to be a back door that opened up to steps to the ground, now opens to a concrete porch with full length steps that flow down to the new patio surrounded by landscaping, that fits into the L-shape created by the new garage which is open to the patio sitting area, providing covered expansion area during outdoor parties.
