Wood Cade Upstairs Addition / 2nd Master

Project Description

This is an attic I turned into a 2nd master suite for the owners’ daughters.  It has a bathroom, it’s own A/C unit, a designated instant hot water heater, and 3 closets.  It added about 500 square feet and flows seamlessly off the existing 2nd floor landing.  This really changed the overall “feel” of this house, freeing up much needed space downstairs.   Not to mention adding very saleable square footage for much less cost than the added value.
