Project Description:

This is a repeat customer whose kitchen we updated a few years ago.  Like the kitchen this project required beefing up the floor joists to rectify the undersized ones in place.  This is money that’s not fun to spend but the alternative is a tile floor that would be cracked up in less than a year.  Now the owner can rest at ease when they fill up this big soaker tub that the floor won’t crack under pressure!  The owner hired a designer, Anne Turner, to help with this one and she did a great job laying out a double vanity and still carving out enough room for a sit-down make up area with it’s own lighting and mirror.
