Old Oak Drive Mudroom

Project Description:

This was a covered breezeway that opened to the screen porch in the back of this East Memphis home.  We raised the floor to be level with the house and bricked the floor.  Then we made custom lockers for each family member, including backpack hooks, phone and pad chargers, purse hooks, shoe cubbies at the bottom and closed storage at the top.  We made this an insulated room with true exterior doors, so we were able to remove the original house doors, making this really part of the house.
