Parker Circle Kitchen

Project Description:

This is an execution of a David Anderson design.  I’d like to take credit for the layout, but he was responsible for seeing past the previously chopped up original floorplan and drawing this great open layout while leaving room for a private mudroom/pantry/prep area off the kitchen.  This project involved completely new walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets, doors, trim, etc. We rebuilt the old sunroom to be floorlevel with the house and closed off the exterior access, creating a solid west wall to block evening sun.  The new deck access is off the kitchen through the new double back doors.
