Project Description

This is nice East Memphis home in a very classic Memphis traditional southern style. The bath wasn’t terrible,just worn out and showing it’s age (approx 60 years). The original layout was OK except for the toilet location; note the before picture, and the window. We tore this one down to the crawlspace to upgrade the subfloor, the plumbing and electrical while we were in there. The herringbone pattern on the floor is tile. No maintenance on this timeless design.
